Escape to this beautiful home in Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, a peaceful retreat that is perfect for families or groups of friends. The house sleeps six guests comfortably and offers uninterrupted views of the reserve from every room, giving you a real sense of being surrounded by nature.

The main bedroom is upstairs and enjoys some of the best views in the house. It is spacious, private, and close to a large bathroom that adds to the feeling of comfort. The second main bedroom is also en suite and offers generous cupboard space along with a stunning bathroom that features wraparound windows. It is the ideal place to enjoy a long bath while taking in the scenery outside. The third bedroom has two single beds and a large window that looks directly onto the main deck, making it a cosy option for children or extra guests.

The kitchen and dining area are designed for easy entertaining and flow out onto a large deck where you will find a fire pit. It is a wonderful space to gather, cook, talk, and enjoy the bushveld atmosphere.

A mezzanine level lounge offers another place to relax with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a television. Large sliding doors open fully to reveal a viewing balcony that blends indoor and outdoor living in the best possible way.

The home also includes WiFi and a covered garage for two vehicles, adding convenience and practicality to your stay.

This is a place where you can slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the natural beauty of Mabalingwe at its finest.

These rules are enforced without exception. By completing any booking, all guests agree to the full set of conditions below. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.

No Parties Allowed
• Absolutely no parties, loud gatherings, music systems, DJ equipment, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.
• Quiet hours apply from 21h00 and are strictly monitored. Noise disturbances will result in instant eviction.

Guest Capacity
• The number of guests booked is the maximum allowed on the property.
• No extra guests, day visitors, or unregistered persons may enter the lodge or use its facilities.

Respect for the Environment
• Wildlife is not a tourist attraction to chase, feed, or disturb.
• Guests must behave responsibly at all times within the reserve. Any reckless behaviour will lead to removal.

Lodge Care and Breakages
• All items inside the lodge are inventoried. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the main guest.
• Breakages are charged per set. No exceptions or negotiations will be made.
• Moving furniture, décor items, or appliances is not allowed.

Fire, Noise, and Safety
• Fires are allowed only in the designated boma or braai.
• Excessive alcohol use leading to unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Fireworks, firearms, hookah pipes, illegal substances, and any other prohibited items are not allowed on the property.

Amenities Use
• Jacuzzis, pools, and game viewers must be used responsibly.
• No glass items near pools, bomas, or outdoor relaxation areas.
• Game viewers may only be driven by licensed guests who follow all reserve rules.

Smoking Policy
• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. No smoking inside the lodge under any circumstances.

Security and House Rules
• Keep doors and windows closed when not inside to prevent wildlife from entering.
• No tampering with lodge electronics, WiFi systems, pool pumps, security equipment, or any operational systems.

Behaviour and Conduct
• Any rude behaviour toward staff or neighbours will result in immediate cancellation of stay.
• Guests must treat the property with the same care as their own home.

Check In, Check Out, and Access
• Check in and check out times must be followed. Late departures will incur fees.
• Housekeeping must be allowed access at reasonable times.

Refund and Eviction Policy
• If any rule is broken, the booking will be cancelled and guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
• Management reserves the right to refuse future bookings from any guest who has violated rules.
